In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Regulations of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, CV PASE informs to the holders of the existence of a registry, database and/or personal file containing personal data such as names, surnames, email addresses, postal address, telephone number, identification number, photograph, or any other information that allows the data owner to be identified or identifiable, and which are provided by CV PASE in their CV, or through any other document provided by the owner or by other means by the owner of said personal data (in hereinafter «Personal Data»).
CV PASE, either directly or through the other companies incorporated into the business organization of CV PASE and through the person or people in charge, is responsible for the use of the Personal Data of the holders, which will be used with the purpose of allowing the full provision of the services that are the object of the activity of CV PASE and of the other companies incorporated into the business organization of CV PASE. Due to the foregoing, the Personal Data provided by the owners will be used by CV PASE directly or through the other companies incorporated into the business organization of CV PASE, in the process of evaluation and selection of candidates and hiring of personnel for which the owner authorizes CV PASE to carry out transfers and referrals of Personal Data, with the other companies incorporated into the business organization of CV PASE or authorized third parties by virtue of the fact that the services that CV PASE so require PASE lends to its various clients and in accordance with its corporate purpose. By assigning Personal Data, the owner authorizes the processing, assignment, transfer, referral and/or disclosure, where appropriate, of said Personal Data so that job offers that best suit the objectives can be provided of the users.
